During his eleven years of practice, Mr. Martin has worked extensively in school law and litigation with a core emphasis in the areas of special education and student discipline. Mr. Martin has represented school districts in Minnesota and Wisconsin in special education disputes ranging from mediation and due process hearings to litigation and appeals in the state and federal courts. A frequent writer and lecturer on the subject of special education, Mr. Martin has provided extensive training to a number of school districts and state organizations in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and the Marquette University Law School.
