Jennifer Earley is a partner at Knutson, Flynn & Deans and joined
the firm in 1995. She is legal counsel for many Minnesota school
districts in the metropolitan area and greater Minnesota. Her practice
includes litigation and appellate practice; labor and employment
law; student discipline; special education; sexual, religious and
racial harassment claims and discrimination and maltreatment charges;
data privacy issues; and policy review and formulation. Ms. Earley
is a frequent speaker at school law seminars and conferences and
also provides training to schools on matters including harassment
and discrimination, student discipline and data privacy.
Ms. Earley graduated cum laude from Winona State University.
She received her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law
where she was a member and published author of the William Mitchell
Law Review. She is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association,
Dakota County Bar Association, Minnesota School Boards Association,
National and Minnesota Councils of School Attorneys, and the Minnesota
Defense Lawyers Association.
Ms. Earley was named by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine
as a "Rising Star" for 2001 and as a "Super
Lawyer" in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
